For the past several months, I’ve been building a 30-day Winter Yoga Challenge—a simple, grounded, sustainable way to stay connected to your body and breath during a season that often pulls us inward. This challenge isn’t about intensity or dramatic transformation. It’s about depth. Breath. Presence. A winter practice that supports you from the inside out.
Each day is built around a theme inspired by seasonal living.
You’ll receive:
• 6 video practices per week (varied in style + intensity)
• Sundays for rest, reflection, or a nature walk + Audio mini- podcast by Jessica for your walk or reflection time
• A daily practice calendar to keep you gently on track
